I have a couple of failed Havel’s electronic tube light with-in warranty. (purchased less than a year). I have tried calling their service center in Hyderabad and they are pathetic.
They do not even provide a service call number. Each time you call they want your complete address and the standard reply is "we will come tomorrow". I am frustrated and have purchased a different brand.
The Hyderabad service numbers are 65154440 and 65794440.
The dealer who sold me these electronic ballast tube lights informs me that these are Chinese imports and labeled and sold. They have lot of failures and recommended the normal tube light with electric coil type.
Update : I called up customer support (1800 11 0303) on 10 April and a service person attended promptly on 21 April (just 12 days). The promised service time provided by customer support was 48 hours.
Anyways, the service guy informed me that the electronic tube-light should not be used for more that a couple of hours at a time and recommended me switch it off frequently. Now I am thinking what kind of product is this?.
